Dig Inn Now Open in Rye Brook

We recently were invited to preview the new Dig Inn that opened in the Rye Ridge Shopping Center where we had the opportunity to get an exclusive first look at their new space before it opened to the public and sampled some of their amazing “vegetable forward” signature dishes.

The kitchen is in the center of the restaurant serving “just in the moment” cooking, where customers select from a variety of locally sourced items.  Dig Inn is more than just a fast-casual restaurant, they are a business that wants to create a net positive impact to the community.

There are a lot of firsts for the Rye Brook Dig Inn that we get to experience…

  • First non-urban location
  • First location to offer a kids menu
  • First location that offers a 10-seat Chef Counter
  • First location to offer a Vegetable Charcuterie Plate/Board
  • First location to serve breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner
  • First location to offer a selection of Family Meals (serves 4-6) where one can chooses a protein, base and 3-market sides and can eat in the restaurant or pick up and take home.

This is is a place where you will feel good about what you’re eating (freshly prepared sustainable items) and who you are supporting (local farmers) in an environment where you can grab a quick bite, have a sit-down meal or order take-out for the entire family

Dig Inn’s Mission…

BUILD COMMUNITY THROUGH FOOD.  We do this by forming genuine, trusting relationships with our farmers and partners, and serving food that embraces the seasons.  In our kitchens, our chefs prepare real food from scratch, inspiring them to cook up their best ideas and their own best futures.  We believe in the power of a shared table—for the everyday and the extraordinary—a place where friendships are made and ideas are born.  Let’s start with a meal.
