I lived in Texas prior to moving to NY and am always on the quest to find a great fast casual Mexican restaurant that lives up to my standards of “Tex-Mex” goodness. The Taco Project checks off all my boxes (quality, freshness, value for your money, clean surroundings and items on the menu that my whole family will enjoy) and has become a staple in our rotation of restaurants. We have been going to their original location in Tarrytown for a few years and they never disappoint. Recently The Taco Project opened a 2nd location in Yonkers at the beautifully renovated Boyce Thompson Center – just as good as the original location but with plenty of parking and additional seating. Make sure you save room for the Churros…Korben’s favorite.
