PBfit & Jelly Smoothie

(Ditch the bread for your next PB&J!)

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries & strawberries)
  • 4 Tbsp PBfit
  • 1/3 cup milk or milk substitute
  • 1 Tbsp honey (or other sweetener)

Add all the ingredients into the blender and blend until desired consistency.
